Your First Visit to Our Rincon & Aguadilla Practice
We know we feel very comfortable and at home in our practice space and we hope that you have the same experience.
For your convenience there are three parking spaces directly in front of Pura Vida and a free municipal lot just across the plaza with ample parking.
On your first visit you will be greeted by name when you enter the practice and given a brief tour to acquaint you with our facilities. You will then be guided in writing down some personal information including address, phone number, health history, health goals, and financial information.
As soon as that is done you will meet your doctor and go through a consultation during which you will discuss together all your health concerns and goals. When it is determined that you are an excellent candidate for chiropractic care a thorough examination will be preformed to help us identify the cause of your health concern.
Then the front desk staff will gladly assist you in scheduling your next visit and financial arrangements will be made before you go about the rest of your day. You can expect for your first visit to last about an hour.

Su primera visita a nuestra práctica en Rincon y Aguadilla
Nosotros nos sentimos muy cómodos y como en casa en nuestra práctica y esperamos que usted tenga la misma experiencia.
Para su conveniencia, hay tres estacionamientos exclusivos directamente frente a Pura Vida y un lote municipal gratis al otro lado de la Plaza con muchos espacios para estacionamiento.
En su primera visita se le va a recibir por nombre cuando entre a la práctica y se le dara un tour breve para familiarizarle con nuestras facilidades. Entonces se le ayudará a escribir información personal, incluyendo su información de contacto, historial de salud, metas de salud, e información financiera.
Tan pronto esto sea completado, conocerá a su doctor y harán una consulta durante la cual discutirán juntos todas sus preocupaciones y metas de salud. Cuando se determine que usted es un candidato excelente para el cuidado quiropráctico, se realizará una examinación completa para ayudarnos a identificar la causa de su preocupación de salud.
Luego el personal de recepción con gusto le ayudará a hacer su próxima cita y se realizarán los arreglos financieros pertinentes para que usted así continúe con su día. Puede esperar que su primera visita dure aproximadamente una hora.
